This two storey processing facility was constructed on a compressed schedule. We assembled a fast-track team comprised of our own A/M/E divisions and sub-consultants completing the structural and civil scope of services. Construction cost and simplicity were combined with function to ensure that the facility could be built quickly and that it could be phased in the future to meet additional market demands. This project also included an analytical lab and micro lab of approximately 2,000 ft2, built to ISO standards and included venturi pressure control and monitoring to coordinate with the fume hoods and extraction arms. We worked in coordination with CGC’s lab equipment vendor VWR to have the fit up be consistent with the laboratory equipment being supplied for the process.
