This is a developer led project aimed at redeveloping a former light industrial and office building in Sault Ste. Marie. The building will be adaptively reused to accommodate a new Medical Arts Centre containing a variety of health related services and retail under one roof. The MAC includes a medical clinic, pharmacy, retail, and three individual allied service pods (physio, medical gear, and Chiro / RMT). The revamped exterior transforms the previous austere industrial façade into a contemporary and welcoming storefront
with a new 2 storey common exterior entrance.
