Encompassing 120,000 square feet, this new facility features 256 beds and was intended to replace the existing non-class-A accommodations in the region. The project was completed in conjunction with Montgomery Sisam Architects Inc. wherein IDEA acted as the contract administrator (architecture, mechanical & electrical engineering) as well as performed third party commissioning services.
