Developed in association with Shore Tilbe Irwin & Partners, this project focused on expanding an existing high school in Clarence-Rockland to provide community services. The addition consisted of adjustments to existing corridors from the existing high school and the construction of a new library with community spaces on second floor, a gymnasium, a YMCA running track and fitness area, an aquatics centre and change rooms to accommodate each area and user group. The universally-accessible aquatic centre consists of a 25 metre pool, a wading pool, a hot tub and waterfalls. The complex is partnership between the city, the school board and the YMCA.
