This cultural and recreation centre, made in association with Shore Tilbe Irwin & Partners, provides multiple amenities and a wide variety of programs for the Clarence-Rockland community. The addition consisted of adjustments to existing corridors from the existing high school and the construction of a new library with community spaces on second floor, a gymnasium, a YMCA running track and fitness area, an aquatics centre, and change rooms to accommodate each area and user group. The universally-accessible aquatic centre consists of a 25m pool, wading pool, hot tub, and waterfalls. The complex is partnership between the City, the school board and the YMCA.
