This project involved the relocation of the national offices for the Canada Green Building Council to 100 Murray Street in Ottawa. Our work included a fit-up of the 9,000-square-foot rentable space to accommodate 40 workstations, six offices, three meeting spaces, two telephone rooms and a kitchen. The intent of the project was to develop a high-quality headquarters by applying sustainable development principles in a practical, well-planned and cost-effective manner that will minimize environmental impacts and achieve LEED Commercial Interiors Gold Certification and WELL Platinum Certification.
