This project involved the relocation of the National offices for the Canada Green Building Council to 100 Murray Street. Our work included a fit-up of the 9,000 square foot rentable space to accommodate 40 workstations, six offices, three meeting spaces, two telephone rooms, and a kitchen. The intent of the project was to develop a high-quality headquarters by applying sustainable development principles in a practical, well-planned and cost-effective manner that will minimize environmental impacts and achieve LEED Commercial Interiors Gold Certification and WELLPlatinum Certification.
