This facility is a customized 22,000-square-foot pre-engineered maple processing plant. It was designed to accept inflow of up to 350,000 maple trees and is the largest of its kind in the country. The process is capable of producing high grade maple syrup and maple water that can be pasteurized and packaged for bulk export or regional distribution. The building includes functions for sugarbush operations, office management, processing and storage.
