This design-build is a 24,000-square-foot steel-structure advanced manufacturing facility from complex industrial precision parts. The building has office spaces and functions on a large mezzanine level overlooking the production facility, which included areas for machine shop, quality assurance/control, coatings and shipping. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and on budget.
