Phase 1, now complete, consisted of an expansion to the holding room, visitor amenity improvements (food stations, barrier-free washrooms, more comfortable waiting areas), new security check-in area, and an advanced arrival area. Phase 2 will re-align the out-bound and in-bound traveler service areas in a manner that improves floor plan efficiency, pedestrian movements and orientation for exterior views. Phase 3 involves the construction of a Hotel Accommodations and Aviation Business Centre, connected to the terminal building.
